Spring Arbor of Apex features spacious apartments and a highly dedicated and experienced staff certified in senior assisted living care. We are committed to our Cornerstones Of Care one being our Art From the Heart Program. We allow all our residents to express themselves by engaging their creative spirits through art! The name Apex was formulated because its the highest point on the Chatham Railroad that runs between Richmond, VA and Jacksonville, FL. Established in 1867, the town of Apex is located in the southwestern Wake County. The town boasts a rich history while offering a relaxing small-town atmosphere with the convenience of big-city amenities.

In 2007 the town of Apex was named the 14th Best Place to Live in the USA by Money Magazine and was named North Carolina's #1 Small Town in economic vitality by Business North Carolina magazine.

Local children came to visit and play piano today. Beautiful classical music played by these talented children.Spring Arbor of Apex team members are ready for the “Healthy Lifestyles” challenge which is happening company wide. Let’s all get in shape so that we can take better care of our residents!“ Take me out to the ballpark.” Resident’s enjoyed watching the Durham Bulls play and also enjoyed the sunshine and food!Everyone was clapping to the beat of our Spring Arbor of Apex bell choir.    They did a great job entertaining our volunteers at the volunteer appreciation ice cream social.Residents at Spring Arbor enjoying an interactive game of “pass the parcel”. Exercise, teamwork  and fun all in one!Our new “Hearts and Harmony” music therapy class is a hit with the residents!
Residents enjoyed hosting an Easter egg hunt with a local moms group and their beautiful children!Our residents love ice cream, don’t we all!  Macie Jean, Helen and friends enjoyed a sample from our new soft serve ice cream machine.The hunt is on!Our residents enjoyed an Easter egg hunt with the Goddard School  children.Volunteer Premila and her family presented a wonderful  and informative program about  their home country of India.  Residents and staff were able to taste foods from India , watch a slideshow presentation and see  a display of many different items from ILeaping  for Leap Year  with our green friends at exercise class this morning.
Volunteering in our local community is important to us. Florine, Elvira, Eugenia, Martha and Mary show off gift boxes that they put together for our local senior center.  This is just one of the many volunteer opportunities our residents participate in. T“Resident Juanita Hoadley was serenaded by several handsome gentlemen, including her husband Gary, on Valentine’s day!”Thank you to the Apex United Methodist Church hand bell choir for entertaining our residents!“Hearts & Harmony” is an enjoyable part of our music programming as seen here by our residents involvement.Celebrating National Activity Professionals Week at Spring Arbor of Apex! Resident Louise Shinn enjoyed  singing “island in the Sun” with the  Old School Band at our  Luau party.Resident Carroll Bennet and wife Anne were serenaded by the band and audience in celebration of their 26th wedding anniversary.
