We support all residents and their family members with the services of our full-time Certified Senior Advisor (CSA). A CSA undergoes a rigorous initial certification and must complete comprehensive continuing education on the following aspects of aging: social aspects of aging, health aspects (physical and mental), financial and legal aspects, government assistance aspects, and ethical communication aspects.
