Each of the following services is included in your monthly rental fee:   Licensed Nurse Three nutritionally balanced and delicious home cooked meals with choice of entrée and daily snacks    Varied menu with entrée selections designed by a Registered Dietician   Personalized care plans and wellness programs   Medication Administration   Physical, occupational, respiratory and speech therapies offered by contract services   Personal laundry, linen and housekeeping services   Transportation available   Full Time Activities Coordinator to create a variety of events and social calendar   24-hour available assistance with personal care (see below)   Exercise programs Understanding Care Levels   Spring Arbor and The Oaks are assisted living residences. We consider basic assisted living services a part of the standard service package we offer every resident. However, we recognize that just as every resident is unique and different, so too are his or her care needs. The fact is, some residents will require more time and attention than others. It is our belief that it is better to address those needs individually rather than increase service fees for everyone. We also believe our process of evaluating care needs is the most simple and efficient in the industry. There are only three levels of care in our residences and they are clearly defined through the assessment and care plan process.
